The Role: CTO

As our CTO, you will be at the forefront of developing and implementing the technological vision of Knowla. You will lead the design, development, and optimization of our educational platform, leveraging CMS and LMS modules to deliver an exceptional user experience. This is a hands-on role that requires technical expertise, strategic thinking, and a deep passion for education technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Platform Development: Design, build, and enhance our educational platform, integrating CMS and LMS modules to create a seamless user experience.

  • Leadership: Build and manage a high-performing technical team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

  • Strategic Planning: Define the company’s technical vision and roadmap, aligning with our mission and business goals.

  • Hands-On Contribution: Actively contribute to coding, system design, and technical problem-solving as needed.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the leadership team to ensure technology supports and drives business growth.

  • Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate emerging technologies to enhance our platform and user experience.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a CTO, Lead Developer, or similar leadership role in a technology-focused company, preferably in the EdTech space.

  • Expertise in building platforms with CMS (Content Management Systems) and LMS (Learning Management Systems) modules.

  • Strong coding and technical skills, with a willingness to contribute directly to platform development.

  • A passion for education and a drive to create impactful solutions that change the way people learn.

  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.

  • Strategic mindset with the ability to align technical development with business goals.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
